2.1 To register and use a milyun account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

2.3 If milyun discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in clause 2.1, milyun reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void any pending or settled wagers, and withhold or return any funds in the account in accordance with applicable regulations.
To open a milyun account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one milyun account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. milyun reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated wagers or bonuses. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorization, contact milyun support immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. milyun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify milyun immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
milyun is required to verify the identity of its Players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism financing ("CTF") regulations. You agree to provide such documentation as milyun may reasonably request, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You may request the closure of your milyun account at any time by contacting customer support. milyun may close or suspend your account at any time if you breach these Terms, if required by law or regulation, or if milyun determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of your account poses a risk to milyun or other Players.
milyun accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. milyun reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. milyun does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. milyun aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash within five (5) minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may vary. milyun reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
All transactions on the milyun Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). milyun is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.
milyun is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. milyun reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the same name as the registered milyun account.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. milyun reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to you prior to any deduction.
5.1 milyun may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 milyun reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, milyun's decision shall be final.
5.4 Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or colluding with other Players, will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
5.5 The Golden Bank rewards program is subject to its own terms and conditions, available on the Golden Bank page. Points earned through the Golden Bank program have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
6.1 Each game available on the milyun Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

6.5 The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
7.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using the milyun Platform:

8.2 Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. 9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 9.3 The milyun name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of milyun. You may not use any milyun trademark without prior written consent.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, milyun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 milyun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your milyun account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 milyun does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude milyun's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 milyun collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 milyun implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
